Jane doe  Hi! I'm Jane. I am a personal trainer with an emphasis on soft impact workouts. This might include workouts using exercise balls, free weights or yoga. When i am not teaching classes at summit i am the homeroom mom for my 8 year old child. they sure do keep us busy! Some of my certifications include yoga international instructor, personal trainer certified, not a meat head award and also other things that are important.

Rachel Holley

Rachel is a Certified Personal Trainer and an AASON Nutrition Specialist. She has specialized certifications in both BOSU and BOSU circuit training is passionate about helping others reach their full fitness potential. When she’s not at the gym, Rachel enjoys traveling, visiting the beach and going to Disney World with her family.

Jacque Johnson

Jacque is a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized certifications in Pilates, Trekking, and Spinning. She has been passionate about fitness her entire life and has 16 years’ experience training. In her down time she enjoys reading, fashion, and meditating. She often describes herself as a master at problem-solving.

Lisa Blount

Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in group fitness and registered RYT 200 after successfully completing a 200 hour yoga training program. She enjoys running, biking, yoga, and reading. She is passionate about meeting new people and helping them reach their fitness goals.

Josh Mather

Joshua is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He actively participates in Spartan Races and once ran an entire race barefoot after he lost his shoes in the mud within the first mile. Despite being barefoot, he still placed second in his heat. In his down time you can find him playing the drums, traveling, trail running, and biking.

Kathleen Radoslovich

Kathleen is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America in both personal training and group fitness. She has been active in the fitness industry for 28 years. She is a mother to four wonderful boys and a devoted wife. She is lovingly referred to as the “Energizer Bunny” when she teaches classes. When she’s not teaching, she spends time gardening and working with plants.

Natalie Britt-Bradley

Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized certifications in group fitness and Krav Maga. When she is not busy watching her two sons play football, baseball, and basketball, she enjoys participating in mud runs and relaxing at the beach. She loves to travel, hike, and surf and has been known to travel hours just to find a Cheesecake Factory.
